Description
This electrophoresis power supply converts alternating current into controllable constant voltage and constant current to drive charged molecules (like DNA, RNA, or proteins) through a gel matrix. The intelligent PID control delivers stable and reliable output with high precision. The two output modules can be operated separately, allowing simultaneous and stable execution of constant current, constant voltage, and gradient modes respectively without mutual interference. The dual output module also enables electrophoresis and membrane transfers to be performed at the same time. The power supply comes equipped with two dedicated 12V output ports, which is perfect for use with blue light transilluminators.
Features
- Online real‑time fine‑tuning – parameters can be adjusted during operation
- Multiple operating modes including constant voltage timing, constant current timing, constant voltage programming, and constant current programming
- Overvoltage, overcurrent, overload, variable load, and no‑load protection, with automatic alarm and protection under abnormal conditions
- The upper limits of output voltage or current can be dynamically set
- Parameters are retained after power loss. In case of unexpected power interruption, the device automatically resumes the unfinished program when power is restored
