Vertical electrophoresis systems are used for high-resolution protein separation using polyacrylamide gels. This system can run up to 2 gels with a maximum of 11 samples per gel. Even pressure distribution on the glass plates ensures better sealing and uniform gel thickness, while the integrated gel casting base prevents displacement during gel transfer. Multi‑level reverse‑connection protection for the electrode assembly, tank, and lid prevents incorrect polarity setup.
This unit requires only 300mL of buffer solution and a power supply.
