Description
Both models are mid-sagittally sectioned to reveal the important structures of the female reproductive system, including the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus and vagina. The first model depicts the ovulation of a mature egg, fertilization and blastocyte formation. The second model depicts implantation when the blastocyst attaches itself to the uterine lining. Key features are numbered and identifiable on the included key. Models are mounted on plastic bases and made exclusively from high quality medical PVC.
